岗位职责
1. Maintain whole hotel security to ensure the safety of hotel property, guest and associates.

维护酒店治安秩序，确保酒店财产、客人和员工安全。

2. Maintains efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operaitonal reports on time.

保持高效的部门内部事务的正常运转，包括准备并准时递交营运报告

3. The incumbent in the position is responsible for coordinating the security & safety of the Hotel as a whole, keeping the hotel surrounding traffic in good order, and dealing with the emergency accidents.

安全主管具体负责酒店内部治安防范，外围交通安全，以及应急事件的处理。

4. Check the operation of fire facilities and equipment, well maintenance and repair work, found the problem to the manager to report timely.

检查消防设施设备的运行情况，做好维护和保养工作，发现问题要及时处理并向经理汇报。

5. Responsible for handling daily routine according to the standard operation procedure at all times while on duty. If unable to solve problem, report to the Assistant Security Manager in a timely manner.

在工作时间内, 按岗位操作程序要求处理和解决日常事务，如有不明确立即上报上司。

6. The vital parts of the hotel to strengthen inspection and improve the safety management system.

对酒店的要害部位加强检查并完善安全管理制度。

7. Maintain the hotel security and business order. For important cases, accidents investigation and handling of tissue, and assist the public security organs cracked, with the public security organs, state security agencies and other law enforcement authorities to investigate evidence of illegal and 维护酒店的治安，营业秩序，对重大案件，事故组织调查处理，并协助公安机关进行侦破，构对违法及犯罪活动进行调查取证。

8. Prepare work schedule in accordance with different period.

按不同时期特点制定保安工作计划。

9. Know well fire emergency pre-plan. Be aware of responsibility in a fire disaster.

掌握消防应急预案、明确发生火灾等事故时自己的职责。
