Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
协助原版幻灯片库德搜集工作，丰富其储存量，以应付一切广告、宣传刊物及公关活动的需要。
Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and  Marketing Department at head office.
协助酒店及集团与广告公司合作的广告、宣传刊物及公关活动所需的摄影工作。
Gathers information/ad, clippings of competitor hotels.
搜集有关竞争酒店的资料及剪存有关对手的广告
Supports Communications and related duties and functions as deemed necessary.
协助公关活动及一切有关职责
Represents the department in the absence of the Marcom Manager.
在市场公关部经理缺席时代行其职责。
