1. Report direct to EAM.
2. To coordinate and follow up with all other departments in all job assignment by EAM. 
3. To keep records, control and scheduling appointments for EAM. 
4. To be able to exercise initiative and work with confidential information of Executive Office.
5. Responsible for the filing system of the Executive Office.
6. To handle and screen all incoming and outgoing telephone calls for EAM. Taking messages as necessary.
7.Typing all documents and reports as required by EAM.
8. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues 
9. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
10. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
11. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
12. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
13. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
14. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.
15. Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback to the EAM.
