1. Responsible for the dissemination of groups related information to other departments e.g. issues Banquet Event Orders, Group Resumes and chairs pre-event meeting.
将团队涉及信息分发至酒店各部门。例如：发宴会通知单，团队摘要和准备会议讲座。
2. Maintains close co-ordination with respective departments on organisers’ requirements and last minute event requirements.
在会议组织着有需求或有紧急需求时及时与各部门进行沟通协调。
3. Be visible to organisers and clients during their event/group dates and monitors guest satisfaction.
让活动组织者和客户在活动/团队停留期间让其客人满意。
4. Oversees the operation of banquet functions and works closely with various departments to ensure quality service is delivered to our clients at all times.
检查宴会运行和与其一起工作的各部门工作，在所有的时间内确保有质量的服务给客人。
5. Regularly reviews Master A/C postings to ensure postings are correctly done. Reviews bills with organizers regularly so as to eliminate adjustments needed on final invoice.
有规律的回顾主要帐户抛入并确保其准确性，需要和客户一起回顾帐单以调整最终发票清单。
6. Provides feed-back on market trends and keep updated with client relationships and overall business goals through close communication with Banquet Director of Banquet Sales.
提供反馈市场趋势，与宴会销售总监保持沟通，并与客户保持良好关系,不断更新整体经营目标。
7. Maintains timely and responsive communication with clients.
及时满足客户需求并保持有效沟通。
8. Ensures effective and close communication within the department and other departments.
确保和其它部门有效而密切的沟通。
