Responsibilities工作职责

1.Assist in the hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluation of performance and planning the activities of maintenance staff including making spot checks on a daily basis.
2.Ensure proper execution of work order/request system and that items are followed up on when necessary.
3.Run a find relationship with ownership, management properties and keep close communication for smooth daily work.
4.Control departmental labor and operational expense.
5.Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and rules to ensure an efficient department.
6.Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
7.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
8.Ensure that meter readings are taken daily on heat, light and review information to evaluate consumption. Make effort in reasonable energy saving and launch productive program.
9.Other tasks assigned by hotel senior management team.

1.协助招聘，员工培训，工作监督，工作安排，指导，对员工表现进行客观性评估。合理安排部门运作，对特定区域提供日常抽查/巡查。
2.保证相关工作着实执行，跟进存在系统及存在工作问题。
3.与业主，物业相关部门保持良好合作关系，紧密沟通以保证工作顺畅。
4.控制部门人力及营运费用支出。
5.制定并执行维保计划，部门政策及相关规定以保证部门高效运行。
6.遵从四季酒店员工工作守则及核心文化标准。
7.与部门同事/主管及员工和谐相处。
8.评估每日能耗读数以确保其合理性。努力制定合理的节能计划并积极落实。
9.其他酒店管理层赋予的责任。

Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责

1.Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position as the ADOE in 5-star international hotel.
2.Being calm and patient and be of service passion.
3.Be familiar with hotel Engineering system and equipments.
4.High school education or equivalent experience. Trade school in mechanics, refrigeration etc.
5.Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
6.Must possess a current license as an Operating Engineer.
7.Requires knowledge of the basic ability to operate computer.
8.Be fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.

1.2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（工程副总监）工作经验。
2.冷静耐心，具备服务热情。
3.熟悉酒店设备及系统。
4.高中或以上学历。具备机电，制冷等专业知识。
5.具备额建筑机电维修知识。
6.具备工程师证。
7.具备基本电脑操作知识。
8.具备流利英语听说读写能力。
