Responsibilities

工作职责

1. Provide members and guests the highest level of safety with excellent guarding of the pool and enforcement of pool rules and regulations. Greet and properly register members and guests at the pool.
2. Handling monthly health& safety working environment assessment for the Health Club to minimize occupational injury.
3. Interacting with hotel guests and members reporting complaints and providing feedback to the management.
4. Daily communication to all Life Guard、GYM Instructor regarding daily/upcoming events through use of daily briefings, pass-on logs, memos, or any other means necessary, completing all shift reports and paperwork.
5. Will be involved in and responsible for the training of all new Life Guard and GYM Instructor according to the requirements of the Fitness. Reassure the team member know how to operate all the equipment and know the knowledge of the machine.
6. Monitoring the service standard at the Health Club including the swimming pool to ensure that it achieves guest’s satisfaction and Hotel standard.
7. Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of the pool are well maintained and presentable.

5.根据健身的要求，参与并负责所有新救生员和健身房教练的培训。确保团队成员知道如何操作所有的设备，并掌握设备的基本知识。

6.监督包含泳池在内的健身中心的整体服务标准，确保达到客人的满意度并符合酒店标准。

7.确保遵守日常营业和闭店的检查清单进行巡视保证游泳池的所有领域都保持良好状态和符合要求。

Preferred Qualification and Skills

1. High school and above education；

2. elementary to intermediate English ability；

3. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
