Responsibilities

1.Delegate, supervise and control the work of your subordinates.

2.Inspect the cleanliness of both front and back areas of banquet.
检查宴会厅前后区域的清洁度。
3.To develop creative and attractive setup presentations for potential clients.
为潜在客户开发有创造性和有吸引力的餐厅布置展示。
4.To conduct tours of the property with meetings planners and potential clients in the absence of Catering Sales team.
在餐饮销售团队不在的时候，与会议计划人员和潜在客户参观酒店。
5.To respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
恰当处理任何酒店紧急或者安全情况。
