Responsibilities工作职责1.Ensures that culinary activities and standards are aligned with the respective Corporate guidelines and Hotel F&B concept;
2.Ensures that all culinary employees deliver exceptional guest service at all times;
3.Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a timely,courteous and efficient manner. Following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily;
4.Assists in the preparation of the Budget discussions for Food and Beverage.
1. 确保厨房的活动和标准与相关的总部方针以及酒店餐饮概念一致;
2. 确保所有厨房的员工随时都可以提供幼稚的对客服务;
3. 及时、有礼貌、高效的处理所有客人和内部员工投诉和询问;
4. 协助餐饮部门制定预算。
Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责
1.College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required;
2.Two to three years in manager position;
3.A working knowledge of division operations,Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job;
4.Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems;
5.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
1.本科相关学历,酒店或餐饮管理及厨房相关学历优先考虑;
2.2-3年的部门主管管理经验;
3.部门运营相关经验及工作中能够学习到相关的经验;
4.能够操作电脑及餐饮相关系统能力;
5.能够讲普通话及具备在中国工作的许可。
