Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Conduct regular audits of insurance records, vacation and sick allowances;
2. Keep accurate records for insurance enrollment, amendment, termination and files all claims;
3. Maintain employment files and other records personally and through delegation in a detailed manner on paper and in the HR computer system; 
4. Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, checking references and processing new hire paperwork.
