岗位职责/职位描述
Responsibilities 工作职责

1.safely utilize and store all cleaning compounds, chemicals, and materials including soaking solution utilizing the correct protective clothing；
2.Organize work assignments, make recommendations in regardsto training, performance evaluations, and discipline for stewards；
3.Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers andsupervisors. 
1.利用正确的保护服安全地使用及保存所有洗涤剂、化学药品及其他材料；
2.管理员工的工作分配，针对培训、绩效评估及管事部员工的惩戒提出建议；
3.与同事及上级保持和谐、专业的合作。

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1.High school education；
2.Two or Three previous experience in Stewarding or previoussupervisory experience；
3.Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in Chinais required.

2.2到3年的管事部管理经验；
3.能够讲普通话及具有在中国工作的许可。
