Responsibilities 工作职责

1. Assist in the organization of the activity and recreation;
2. Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office;
3. Maintains effective internal communication with staff; 
4. Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes and processing new hire paperwork.
