Responsibilities 工作职责
1. Maintain HR management system, monitoring and supportting this system can be used in all department;
2. Provide secretarial services to Human Resources Department ;
3. Maintains effective internal communication with staff;
4. Show Four Seasons Culture, build up a positive communication way, help all assoicates resolve or consult basic HR problem.
1. 维护酒店人力资源管理系统,并监督和帮助酒店各个部门应用该系统;
2. 人力资源部日常文件工作管理;
3. 保持和员工的有效沟通;
4. 展现四季酒店文化,建立良好的沟通方式,帮助酒店员工解决人事方面的问题。
Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责
1. Fluent in written and spoken English;
2. Good communication skill, self-motivated;
3. Computer literacy.
