 Responsibilities工作职责

1. To conduct all business practices according to Four Seasons corporate policy；
2. Adhere to Four Seasons Core and Culture standards and to achieve / exceed Guest；
3. Satisfaction Surveys Goals；
4. Respond in accordance to Sales & Marketing core standards at all stages of the sales process.

4.根据市场销售核心标准，对各个销售阶段作出回应。

Preferred Qualification and Skills岗位职责

1. Min 1-3 year experience in Event Services & Management；
2.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company；
3. Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities；
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office；   
5. Good  bilingual writing skills。
1.至少1-3年会议服务策划经验； 
2.具有代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
3.具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力；
4. 精通微软办公软件；
5. 良好的中英文写作技能。
