Responsibilities 工作职责

1.Be responsible for drafting Memos and make sure all information are understood and correctly applied.
2.Be responsible for departmental attendance record and make sure the attendance report is correct. 
3.Offer assistance to departmental training. 
4.Be responsible for translation.  
5.Attend relevant meeting take meeting minutes. Work out correct Meeting Minutes accordingly.
6.Other relevant issues.
1.负责起草相关函件，并做好往来函件上传下达工作。
2.对员工考勤统计负责，保证考勤准确无误。
3.协助制定员工培训计划，对员工进行相关培训。
4.负责相关文件翻译工作。 
5.出席各相关会议并做好会议记录，届时出具相应会议纪要。

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1.Be of 2~5 years working experience at the same position as the department secretary   in 5-star international hotel.
2.Being calm and patient and be of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working. 
3.Be familiar with hotel operation
4.College education or equivalent experience.
5.Be familiar with computer software including Microsoft, CAD. Be of excellent business writing skills.
6.Be fluent in reading, speaking and writing English.
1.2~5年于国际五星级酒店同等职位（部门秘书）工作经验。
2.冷静耐心，具备服务热情。有强烈的事业心与责任性。具备团队精神，秉公办事。
3.熟悉酒店操作流程。 
4.大专或以上学历。
5.具备基本电脑操作知识。具备良好商务写作能力。
6.具备流利英语听说读写能力。
