Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in the areas of the Concierge, Bell Staff, Business Center, Executive Club and lobby coverage.
2.Provides basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as Internet, TV movies, games, and Web service.
3.Works closely with Bell Staff to ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries and special requests. Ensures the driveway are well maintained and properly manned at all times.
4.Participate in all managers meeting and gathering. Be actively involved in all management related activities and plays an active role in providing feedback.

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责
1.Preferably Graduate from Hospitality School & Completed High School
2.Minimum two years in current role OR. Has a minimum of four years’ experience in front desk’s operation in a senior position.
3.Has ability to read and write in English. Foreign language is a plus.
4.Has the ability to conduct training classes.
