Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Responsible for the completion all mise-en-place and setups as indicated in the BEO in a timely manner and reflects the highest standards of the hotel.
2.Provide a complete and satisfying experience to all guests in accordance to the service flow and core standards.
3.Serve or assist in serving food and beverage items to guests according to the BEO and departmental service flow and standards.
4.Maintain a good relationship with our regular clients.
5.Handle guest complaints and solve them.
1.采取及时的方式并且使用酒店最高标准，负责完成所有宴会服务清单上分配的准备工作和餐厅布置。
2.根据酒店服务流程和核心标准为客人提供一个完整并且令人满意的客户体验。
3.根据宴会服务清单和部门服务流程与标准为客人提供或者协助其他工作人员为客人提供餐饮用品。
4.和餐厅固定客户保持一个良好关系。
5.处理客人投诉并且解决他们。
