Responsibilities 工作职责

1.The position for Quality Manager is considered as one of the managerial positions, which is the important link between staff and the management team in the hotel to provide necessary support on quality improvement for any aspect of the hotel operations.
2.Delivers workplace initiatives to best achieve long-term business success; add value in meeting the hotel’s needs by identifying and implementing performance improvement strategies that support the hotel’s strategic direction; promotes a continuous quality improvement culture; partners with stakeholders to ensure quality problems are identified and addressed, improvement actions are successfully implemented to effectively attain service excellence.
3.The Quality Manager must also be operation focused and work with both staff and the planning committee to ensure that it is able to provide the necessary support to the departments on a consistent basis.

Preferred Qualification and Skills 岗位职责

1.A university degree or equivalent experience required.
2.Minimum of 3-year experience working in a managerial capacity;Experience in hotel operations, preferably Four Seasons or other service environments or;Experience managing in diverse cultures.
3.Knowledge in Needs Assessment methodologies and learning needs identification
4.Have knowledge or experience in up-to-date learning technologies, such as e-learning options and distance learning.
5.Be knowledgeable of LQA and GES systems and practices.
