Main Duties /主要职责

1. Combined with the company owner party within the scope of the examination and approval rules limit the company operating, financing and investing (internal and external) spending; Responsible for the hotel loan guarantee matters within the scope of authorization.

与业主方联合审批规定限额范围内的公司经营性、融资性、投资性（对内、对外）支出；对酒店授权范围内的贷款担保事项负责。

2. Review company and prepare annual financial budgets and final accounts of the scheme, and funds use and scheduling plan, financing, financing and investment plans, profit distribution and plans to cover company losses.

审核业主拟订的年度财务预、决算方案，资金使用和调度计划，筹资、融资和投资计划，利润分配或弥补亏损方案。

3. Liaise with both internal and external auditors in compliance with the Company’s requirements.

根据总公司的要求，联系内部及外部审计师并组织配合审计工作。

4. Implement all necessary controls in order to safeguard the assets of the hotel and maintain records for the furniture, fixtures and equipments, operating equipment, supplies and inventories.

为了保障公司资产，保证固定物、家具及设备类资产、营业设备、用品的记录，需实施适当的监控。

5. Administer and control cash management which may include investing in time deposits in banks approved by International and/or the owner as stipulated in the hotel management agreement.

监控现金管理，包括集团或/和业主方批准的在管理合同中述及的定期存款操作。

6. Implement local finance and accounting procedures to ensure compliance with local government regulations, after approval from the corporate office.

在得到总公司的批准后，确保遵守地方政府的政策法规来执行财务会计制度。

7. Maximize productivity and morale by setting goals, providing clear guidelines and by developing team spirit.

设定目标及指导方针，鼓舞员工士气，增进团队精神，以提高工作效率。

8. Review and ensure proper procedures and controls of purchasing, receiving, storing, and requisitioning functions.

保证采购、收货、仓库及所有运作都按照相应程序办理。

9. Understand International and / or hotel tax obligations, seeking the assistance of locally-appointed auditors or tax experts.

了解业主税务责任，寻求当地审计师或税务专家的帮助。
