·Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the hotel.
·Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.
·Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
·Supervisors the Sales & Marketing department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.
·To act as the deputy of the Director of Sales & Marketing in his/her absence.

·协助市场销售总监制订销售市场计划及预算。
·代表酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的  联系并推销酒店。
·管理市场销售部，保证每日工作按时完成。
·市场销售总监不在时,管理部门内事物。
·Assists in the planning and development of marketing strategies and promotion plans.
·Assists in the development and implementation of the Sales and Marketing plan.
Monitors and evaluates contemporary sales and marketing initiativesand trends.
·Conducts market research.
·Reports on the effectiveness of Sales and Marketing programs.
·Assists in setting up systems to monitor achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
·Manages & assists in strategic department planning and development.
·Carries out other tasks as directed by supervisor.

·汇报销售和营销程序及有效性。
