岗位职责：

1、Lead by example, manage employees, to coordinate the work of each department, ensure department effective operation

以身作则，管理部门员工，协调各部门的工作，保证部门有效的运行；

2、Prepare and implement the catering management system, service standards, business plan, employee training plan

在编制并落实餐饮管理制度、服务标准、经营计划，员工培训计划销售部的密切合作下，制定并实施餐饮部的促销计划；

3、Through the sales promotion and public relations business

通过促销活动和公共关系发展业务；

4、Cooperate with chef to ensure food quality and standards

配合厨师长确保菜品的质量与标准。

任职要求：

1、University bachelor degree or above, and hotel management major is preferred

大学本科以上学历，酒店管理专业优先；

2、International 5 star hotel same position more than 3 years of experience

国际五星级酒店同等岗位3年以上的任职经历；

3、good English in listening, speaking and writing ability;

良好的英文听说写能力；

4、Good team management skills, organization and training, employee, the ability to lead the team

具有良好的团队管理能力，组织和培训，激发员工、带领团队的能力；
