3. 维护集团的标准、品牌的一致性和两家酒店的形象。

4. 负责实现珠海华发喜来登酒店和珠海瑞吉酒店的客房和宴会销售目标。

5. 协助复合体酒店市场销售总监制订销售市场计划。

6. 代表两家酒店通过客户关系管理，与本地和国际市场的客户保持密切的联系并推销酒店。

7. 管理市场销售部，保证每日工作按时完成。

8. 复合体酒店市场销售总监不在时，管理部门内事务。

1. Assistant the Sales & Marketing Department and works with the Complex DOSM in achieving the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai ’s market positioning and revenue goals.

2. Provides support and advice to the Complex DOSM in strategic planning and overall business goals relating to Sales & Marketing issues of the brand and the hotels.

3. Protects and guards Corporate standards, Brand integrity and Hotels image.

4. Responsible in achieving the room and catering sales objectives of the Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel and The St. Regis Zhuhai.

5. Assists the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Sales & Marketing plan and in budget preparation.

6. Represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.

7. Supervisors the Sales & Marketing department to ensure all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

8. To act as the deputy of the Complex Director of Sales & Marketing in his/her absence.
