The Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central located at Estrada do Istmo. s/n, Cotai, Macau SAR, P.R. China is currently hiring a Manager, Fire Safety.
 
Responsibilities include:
 - To ensure physical all work safety and health and safety are carry out within hotel premises to customers, travelers and associates 
- To conduct evacuation drill, crisis training, table top exercise and other form of crisis management from time to time and also according to the group standards 
- Build loyalty by leveraging the collective strength and comply with all group standards and procedures of the group 
- To conduct fire and safety training to associates 
- Assist Executive Director of Facilities to monitor purchasing, system upgrade and maintenance of fire safety equipment in hotel
 
 Job Requirements:
 - Minimum 5 years of related work experience in international brand hotel 
- Effective conflict resolution and problem solving skills in life safety issues 
- Professionalism in conducting fire drills and sound information Fire and Safety systems and crisis management knowledge 
- People leadership and influencing skills in life safety management 
- Leadership, Delegation, Motivation and Team Building skills
