Position Overview
Restaurant captain main responsibility is to promote team work, leading, supporting and coaching all service colleagues during preparation, service and after service. They represent the restaurant, the Resort and the Capella Hotel brand and must be impeccably groomed with good posture and competent communications skills. The captain shall not only know the products and services the restaurant provides but also shall be able to answer any question the guest may have about other restaurants and the Resort.
餐厅领班的主要职责是促进团队，通过引导，支持及辅导所有的服务成员在准备，服务及服务过后如何让客人感到惊喜。他们代表着餐厅及酒店的品牌形象，整洁的仪容仪表和良好的沟通能力是必备的。 这个职位不仅要了解餐厅的产品及服务知识，还要为宾客提出的所有问题竭尽全力的提供帮助。
 
The Role
Ensures that all colleagues are assigned to service stations, have sufficient equipment and supplies and that tables in the restaurant are clean, well maintained and properly set up according to the meal period set up at all times.
 确保给所有同事分配好服务区域，有足够设备和物品使用，始终保持餐厅餐桌干净整洁并根据相应餐段进行摆台
 Supports and coaches service attendants in serving food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of restaurant service with emphasis on quality, speed, accuracy and attention to detail striving to perfection.
 根据既定的服务标准，支持和训练服务人员如何服务食物和酒水以及餐厅服务流程，重点强调质量，速度，准确性及将所有细节精益求精
 Is fully proficient on the Point of Sale system (POS), Restaurant Reservation procedures.
 精通使用POS系统和餐厅预订系统
 Checks the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, storage and service area and menus in the restaurant assigned and acts if rectification is necessary.
 检查及维护所分配区域餐厅设备，固定装置，仓库，服务区域及菜单的是否整洁，如有需要应及时修正
 Knowledgeable on all food and beverage menus of the restaurant.
 熟悉所有餐厅的菜单及酒水单

Approximately 1 years’ experience as Services / Captain 一年及以上服务员或领班相关岗位工作经验
