To purchase all food, beverage, engineering supplies, equipment and general supplies required by the hotel, ensuring that all purchases conform to the Marriott standards, local hygiene and commodities requirements, department heads’ expectations and will not sacrifice quality for lower costs.

负责酒店食品，酒水，工程材料，设备以及所有物质采购，确保所采购物品符合豪生集团标准，本地卫生法及相关法律、法规规定，并满足酒店各部门经理的使用要求，不能仅仅为了低价采购而降低质量标准。

-merchandises as specified at the lowest price available while meeting the date of delivery, quality and quantity requirements. Bids from at least 3 suppliers are required.

通过市场调查，根据市场情况获取相关采购物品准确详尽的产品信息及相应供应商，经过至少三家有资质供应商的比较后获得相关采购物品最低采购价格，并保证相关采购物品在保质，保量的前提下准时到货。

- To ensure prompt delivery of all supplies and to follow up outstanding orders and undelivered portion.

确保所有物品及时到货并负责管理未完成的采购工作及未到货物品的跟进工作。

-To familiarize with the import procedures, documentation and custom requirements for all overseas purchases.
