 Ensures efficiency of the administration of the Operations office.

确保运营部日常的行政事务高效运作。

Assists Director of Operations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

1.       Ensures that the day to day administrative needs are fulfilled.

确保完成每天的行政事务。

2.       Responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services for Director of Operations.

负责为运营总监做秘书翻译和文书工作。

3.       Keeps information confidential.

保守工作机密。

4.       Ensures that the Director of Operations is kept aware and up to date of operational issues.

随时向运营总监汇报最新的动态。

5.       Takes down and transcribes minutes of meeting and dictation from Director of Operations.

记录会议内容,并传达前厅经理的意图。

6.       Drafts routine or simple correspondence for the Director of Operations as assigned.

根据运营总监的要求起草日常或者简单的书信。

7.       Type’s correspondence, memorandum, circulars, and reports.

打印书信、备忘录、报告。

8.       Opens/dispatches mail relative to the division.

按部门分发邮件。

9.       Maintains office supply stock.

负责办公用品。

10.   Acts as a screen to the Director of Operations in view of suppliers.

要充当供货商和运营总监的联络人。

11.   Applies Doubletree Brand Standards in each and every action, acting as a role model and example of how the standards should be carried out in a practical setting.

遵循逸林品牌标准。

12.   Has knowledge of the hotels facilities and services as well as basic knowledge of Hilton International, MEAP & other properties in China.

掌握希尔顿酒店的基本概况。

13.   Ensures that department is kept stocked and maintained with requisitions and that par levels are maintained and stock tracked. Manages costs effectively by minimizing and controlling expenses.

控制花费,节约成本,管理库存。

14.   Reports problems with hotel systems, hardware or facilities to the appropriate party and follows up to ensure that corrective action has been taken.

汇报有关酒店系统,硬件设施的有关问题及处理方式。

15.   Performs special duties on relation with the division when requested.

当需要时履行同其它部门联系的职责。

16.   Inputs in the computer specific data when requested.

当需要时将指定的信息输入电脑中。

17.   Handles telephone incoming/outgoing calls.

接听电话。

18.   Arranges appointments for Director of Operations; reminds superior of appointments and meeting.

负责安排运营总监的日程表:提醒上级约会和会议等安排的时间。

19.   Keep files in good order.

合理的保存文件。

20.   Responsible for the good order/cleanliness of own work area and equipment Director of Operations office.

负责保持自己工作区域和设备以及运营总监办公室的整洁。

21.   Handles suppliers when requested.

当有需要时负责处理和供货商的关系。

22.   Keeps up to date and aware of competitor activities in order to be proactive and create market advantage.

警惕商业竞争行为,保持酒店的竞争力。

23.   Handles human relation duties for employees.

负责为员工处理人事关系。

24.   Sees that employees complaints and needs and passes on to the Director of Operations.

向运营总监汇报员工意见。

25.   Perform other related duties and special projects as concerned by Director of Operations internal and external.

在饭店内部或者外部,要根据运营总监的要求履行其它的职责和特殊的任务。

26.   To undertake any other reasonable task or request as directed by the management.

接受部门其他合理的任务或要求的安排。

27.   The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.
