General Technician – AV 工程主管-弱电  
1. To set up, monitor, maintain and make necessary adjustments to the Hotel's CATV, PABX, BGM/public address and ALL other ELV equipment, including entertainment and banquet audio visual systems, to ensure  outstanding quality of service is provided to guests and visitors to the hotel is achieved at all times.
对酒店内电视，电话，音响，和其它弱电设备（包括娱乐性设备， 宴会音/视频系统）进行安装， 监控，调试。确保任何状态下提供与客人一流服务质量。
2. Implement the Hotel's preventive maintenance program for your areas of responsibility (including life safety equipment), as instructed by the department's management and ensure tasks are completed competently and within a given time.
按照部门管理层的指示完成你所负责区域的日常维护计划(包括生活安全设备)，并确保在规定时间内完成。
3. To ensure all log books, record sheets and dairy of events are correctly completed and kept up to date prior to finishing your shift.
在下班前，确保所有的工作日志， 维修记录单和发生事件记录的完整性。
4. To ensure through continuously physically inspecting and testing all systems within the Hotel, a excellent knowledge of the systems is developed and implementation of standard procedures, the highest standard of maintenance is achieved.
确保酒店内所有工程区域的日常例行检查，设备的调试和维修工作达到执行的最高标准。
General Technician – Maintenance 工程主管 – 综合维修
1. To maintain and make necessary repairs to the Hotel's “envelope”, timber fixtures, fittings, locking systems, furniture, paths and masonry surfaces, as well as performing any minor construction tasks that may be required to ensure the quality of service provided to guests and colleagues is maintained at all times. 保持酒店区域的“脸面工程”，木制家具，设备/设施，锁及墙面保持良好的装修运行状态。
