Responsibilities 工作职责
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
与同事合作，协助菜单制作
Optimize the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
优化烹饪过程，注重效率和质量
Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes
在行政总厨和副厨的指导下展开工作，提供菜品相关意见
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
保证厨房各部门正常工作
Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
及时补充厨房货存（如蔬菜、调料...）
Order and control supplies system 
管理供应商相关事务
Communicate with the other chefs in the partie to guarantee that the orders of the sous chef and executive chef are clear and succeeded
与后厨各部门厨师有效沟通，确保行政总厨和副厨的指令正确传达并有效实施
Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
确保厨房及出品卫生安全
Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
协助保持厨房友好合作氛围
Identify staffing needs, help recruit and train personnel
了解厨房员工分配情况，协助招聘、培训事宜
Requirements 任职资格
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role for a minimum of one year
Chef de Partie相关经验至少一年
Proven experience in an international cuisine restaurant is a plus
国际餐厅工作经验至少一年
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
具备烹饪、食材、烹饪设备等相关背景知识
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
可同时兼顾多重任务，可以承受相应工作压力
Culinary school diploma

精通普通话
Basic English abilities; fluency in English is a plus
