Responsibilities岗位职责
Set up work stations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
工作台筹备工作，如准备食材和烹饪器具
Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc)
准备烹饪所需食材（切菜、去皮、切肉等）
Cook food in various utensils or grillers
使用各种烹饪设备进行烹饪
Check food while cooking to stir or turn
烹饪过程中注意搅拌、翻面儿
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
烹饪结束后，盛盘、装饰，确保出品质量
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
保证厨房整洁、卫生
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
确保所有食材的储存安全
Check quality of ingredients
检查食材质量
Monitor stock and communicate to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chefs the orders to make
检查食材储备，与Chef de Partie沟通及时备货
Comply with the orders from Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs and Executive Chef
在Chef de Partie、副厨、行政总厨的指导下进行工作

Requirements 任职资格
Proven experience as cook, minimum one year
厨师工作经验，至少一年
Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and baking equipment
具有使用烹饪设备经验，如切削器具、锅具、焙烤设备
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
掌握多种烹饪方式（如烤制、煮制等）
Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
严格遵守卫生标准的能力
Ability to work in a team
团队合作能力
Very good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
Excellent physical condition and stamina
身体健康，有毅力
High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school is a plus    
不低于高中学历；接受过烹饪学校正规培训优先考虑
Proficiency in Chinese 
精通汉语
Knowledge of other languages such as English or Spanish is a plus
