Responsibilities 岗位职责
Help in the preparation and design of all food menus
协助所有餐单的准备和制作
Produce high quality plates in both presentation and taste
保证菜品的出品质量，包括口味和外观
Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets quality standards
确保厨房高质、高效运行
Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
行政总厨外出时，代为进行指导监督工作
Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
解决厨房可能出现的一切问题
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff performance
管理并培训厨房员工，负责厨房员工排班并评估员工表现
Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
及时备货
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
严格执行卫生及安全制度
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
在同事及顾客面前保持积极且专业的形象
Requirements 任职要求
Proven experience in a Sous Chef role for a minimum of two years 
至少两年副厨工作经验
Proven experience in an international cuisine restaurant is a plus 
拥有国际美食餐厅工作经验优先
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
拥有多种烹饪方式、食材、烹饪器具的背景知识
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
拥有良好的厨房及员工管理能力
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
准确且高效处理紧急状况
Familiar with industry’s best practices
对本行业有充分理解
Team Work

Proficiency in Chinese 
精通普通话
Fluency in English
英语流利
Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish is a plus
