AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 
职责范围 
Engineering supervisor is mainly responsible for A/C、Mech & Plumbing、Boiler,lead all theoperation personnel to ensure the normal movement.
工程主管主要负责空调、机管、锅炉，带领全体运行人员保证设备的正常运作  
He must be strict with himself, and sethimself as a model in strictly following the relevant regulations. Any problemsound must be solved without delay. Take responsibility to improve on staff’swork standard, and check and supervise quality of work. 
以身作则，督促全组人员严格执行各项规章制度，发现问题及时指出和纠正。有责任不断提高员工的工作标准，并检查、督导工作质量 
Take part in the trial operation & finalchecking of the machines just being repaired, to organize the whole teammembers to study the function, structure and special caution of the machine. 
参加检修设备投运前的交底和验收工作，并组织全组人员熟悉设备的性能、构造和操作注意事项
To check if there are any defects of theequipment concerned, and to correct the defects without delay. 
核对有关设备的缺陷，并督促及时清除 
Electrical Machinery Safety Running Day mustbe organized regularly among his team members, to study the relevant safetyregulation and documents about safety.
定期组织相关安全活动。学习安全规程和有关安全资料   
REQUIREMENTS 要求 
Technical school graduate trade or obtain vocational training plus 2years of experience in related work and prefer Minimum of one - three yearswork experience in the hotel industry in Engineering, or an equivalentcombination of education and experience. Professional certification and license if required by law.
技术学校毕业或接受过职业培训加上2年相关工作经验，拥有酒店工程部至少1-3年工作经验，或拥有同等的教育和经历，持有法律可能要求的职业证书和执照。
Minimum one year supervisor experience preferred
一年以上主管经验优先
High School Degree required
至少高中学历
Good knowledge of building management and engineering
具备房屋管理和工程专业知识
Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头与书写表达能力
Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration and lifesafety operating systems
具备电路、管道、HVAC（空调）、冰箱和生活安全操作系统知识
