1.监督客房服务人员的工作,确保所有客房和走廊保持最高标准的清洁和整洁,以确保客人满意并监督客房的服务,并根据下一位客人的抵达时间检查客房。
Ensure all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction and oversee that occupied rooms are serviced and that check out rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest.
2. 检查有人和未占用的客房并采取纠正措施,以符合凯宾斯基的清洁,维护和供应标准。还要检查家政设备在使用时是否得到适当的保养和维护。
Inspect occupied and non-occupied guest rooms and take corrective measures in order to meet Kempinski standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance and supplies. Also check that housekeeping equipments are given proper care and maintenance whilst being used.
3.开展在职培训,并负责在指定楼层培训和执行房间服务员的标准。激励员工带来出色的表现。
Carry out on the job training and be responsible for grooming and conduct standards of the room attendants on their assigned floors. Motivate staff to bring about excellent performance.
4.随时了解酒店产品和服务知识,以回答客人的问题。
Stay informed about hotel products and services knowledge in order to answer guest questions.
5.获得立即打扫房间清单以及预退房列表或者预到房分配。
Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
6.以友好和关怀的方式回答所有客人的问题/要求,采取适当的行动或在必要时将事宜提交给相关人员处理。它可能提供信息,提供额外的项目,如毛巾等。
Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.
7.在班次结束时,做一个移交报告特别关注客人,房间状态差异,异常情况,需要跟进的事件,以确保一致性和客户满意度。
At the end of shift, do a handover reporting special attention guests, room status discrepancy, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
8.严格监控并遵循卫生标准。
Schedule general cleaning of one room per Room Attendant per day, and assist on scheduled cleaning on low occupancy.
9.完全熟悉并且依法执行所有关于消防安全,安保,卫生安全以及雇工等方面的措施。
To be fully conversant with and act legally according to all measures regarding fire safety, security, hygiene, safety and employment.
10.任何时候都要遵循酒店的规章制度。
To act at all times according to hotels rules and regulations.
