工作职责 Job Discription
1、根据标准的菜谱制作食品
Produces food according to standard recipes 
2、酒店厨房专业知识及能力
Kitchen management professional knowledge and skills
3、具有很强的计划、组织、沟通、协调能力
Organizing and Planning Skills,communication skills,Coordination Skill
4、具备优秀的书面和口头表达能力  
Excellent written and verbal communication
5、为宴会和餐厅提供食品时，保证其质量和标准
Ensure that food quality and standards are maintained at all times when preparing for restaurant and banquet functions.    
6、根据需要，协助食品储存工作。
Assist in food stock taking as required. 
7、遵守管理制度的各项条例。
Adhere to all rules and regulations set by the management
8、确保为客服务前做好一切准备。
Ensure that mise-en-place is completed prior to service
9、协助行政总厨。
Assist the Executive Chef as required .
