Job Objective
Implement Hotel Talent and Culture policies and Talent and Culture systems framework as directed by Talent and Culture Manager whilst maintaining good employee recruitment.
Main Responsibility
Familiarizes and enforces the Accor T&C framework including interview and recruitment system.
Familiarizes and enforces local T&C policies and procedures
Develops and implements recruiting systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.
Regularly analyses hotel manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with departmental requirements, such as turnover reports, hotel headcount report, resignation reason analysis, recruitment plan and budget etc.
Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.
Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment.
Attending job fairs in local HR market or where needed
Develop schools for trainees recruiting and establish good relations with school teachers and travel to provinces in the People’s Republic of China.
Keeps updated with new associate arrival dates
Prepares to receive new associates.
Passes all locker number information to Talent and Culture Manager.
Issues separation clearance form to leaving associates.
Maintains updates all leave records of associates to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.
Ensures that locker rooms and other facilities are in proper order, making regular inspections.
Regularly inspects staff restaurant, locker rooms, restrooms and other staff facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and used.
Actively participates in the Associate Opinion Survey and provides suggestions to improve associate situation.
Counsels hotel personnel as needed in the area of career planning, job transfer, staff relations and legal requirement related to personnel.
Disseminates information regarding staff activities, hotel personnel policies, procedures, and any information related to employer-associate relations.
Responsible for ensuring a good team spirit and motivation of the team.
Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including but not limited to, staff benefit
representatives, applicants, government officials and members of the local community.
Analyzes hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.
Prepares and handles the application of all applicants and arrange for an interview with the Talent and Culture Manager.
Types personnel correspondence, memorandum, circulars, reports, staff letters, meeting minutes, and maintains all the files.
Keeps all working area in the department clean, all equipment well maintained and keeps all files in the order.
Distributes accordingly. Follows up job description whenever a personnel action occurs.
Reminds department concerned to hand over the job description for the new position.
Ensures the signature on the job description.
Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
Specific Requirements
Over 24 years old
Fluent written English, and can communicate orally
Good computer skills
2 years supervisory experience in recruitment, 1 year T&C experience in hotel industry,familiar with hotel T&C daily work procedure
Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.。

准备部门周期性的招聘报告,例如人员到职表、辞职率、离职原因分析表、招聘计划及预算等。
实施与完善员工的招聘与筛选程序。
协助制订招聘的标准制度与程序。
参加招聘会。
与学校保持良好合作关系,并出差至国内各省份开发新学校或做校园招聘。
保持新报到的员工日期最新化。
准备迎接新员工。
将全部更衣柜号码归纳列表,提交人才与文化经理。
为离职的员工办理离职手续。
更新和维护所有离职员工的记录并保持离职手续迅速进行。
保证更衣室和其它便利设置按规定次序进行。
定期检查员工餐厅、更衣室、休息室和其它员工便利设施并保持其良好的维护和使用。
积极参与员工意见考察和提供改善员工情况的建议。
对饭店员工进行人事咨询,包括工作岗位的选择、调动工作、同事关系以及有关人事法律、法规等方面。
及时准确向员工作好人事宣传工作,如通知举办活动或公布人事新举措。
培养相互合作精神,调动员工积极性。
与负责管理员工和其它相关事务的政府官员、地方代表保持好联系。
对酒店的员工需求数量作分析,并根据需要提出调整建议。
管理求职者的求职信,与人才与文化经理一起安排面试
准备人力资源部的来往信函,备忘录,传阅文件,报告,员工书信,会议记录并准确存档。
保持部门内部工作区域的整洁,合理维护设备,准确归档文件。
按要求发送文件。及时根据人事变动,更新岗位职责:
提醒相关部门提交新职位的岗位职责。
请部门经理在岗位职责上签字。
完成上级领导布置的其它工作。
岗位要求
年龄在24岁以上
英语书面语流利,口语可以交流
良好的电脑技能
二年以上招聘管理工作经验,一年以上酒店行业人才与文化工作经验,熟悉酒店业人事方面日常工作的操作程序
能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力。
责任心强,工作认真细致,不能发生原则性或严重的错误。
