工作目标
在预订部门有效的协调所有任务和职责,根据铂尔曼标准确保无差错和成效的工作并能给予客户满意的服务。
主要职责
记录并处理所有电话,传真和邮件的预定
运用合理的销售技巧销售铂尔曼酒店产品
通过接口更新前台预定系统
明白并有能力的回答所有关于价格,房间,房型和季节性问题
积极主动尝试交叉销售(餐饮,娱乐等)和客房升级销售的房间类型
能清晰地表达对同事或客人所要的信息
调查并记录所有应到未到预订
依照酒店标准为客人安排接送机服务
准备部门报表(如:到达名单,重要客户名单等)
立即报告和纠正所有潜在和现实危害
明白并且遵守酒店员工手册的规定。
执行任何管理层给予的任务。
岗位要求
学历要求: 大学毕业或相当于(财务专业)。
资历要求: 4星级或5星级国际性饭店同等职位工作的经验。
个人素质: 通过发挥个人的好学精神确保所有员工都具有同样的铂尔曼精神
个人能力: 思路开阔,个性开朗和积极向上
Job Objective
Efficient and knowledgeable coordination of all tasks and duties in the Reservations department in order to ensure error-free and productive work sequences and guest satisfaction as per Pullman Standards.
Main Responsibility
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email
Sell the Pullman products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
Updating reservations in the PMS received via the interface
Understand and be able to answer all questions about rates, room categories and seasonality
Pro-actively try to cross-sell (F&B, Spa, etc.) and up-sell room types
Be able to clearly communicate information to guests or colleagues
Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same
Arrange transportation service according hotel Standard
Prepare reports as requested (eg:Arrival, VIP etc)
To ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and rectified immediately.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Hotel’s Employee rules & regulations.
Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
Specific Requirements
EDUCATION: University diploma to degree, or equivalent (finance).
Experiences: Financial experience in the same position at an international hotel with 4* and 5* standard is preferred
QUALITY: Ensure all staff embody the same mindset by developing each individual's sense of curiosity,
ABILITY: open-mindedness, interpersonal skills and sense of initiative.
