工作目标
Job Objective
1.确保本楼层的宾客满意度,区域内的各项指标符合卫生和安全管理条例
Guarantees a high standard of service for guests on that floor, in line with hygiene and safety standards
2.帮助员工提高工作技能,支持职业发展
Helps employees improve their skills and provides support for career development
3.管理本楼层的服务员
Manages floor personnel
4.当行政管家不在时,代理他/她的职责
Replaces the Executive Housekeeper when absent (depending on the size of the hotel)
主要职责
Main Responsibility
1.管理所有的清洁用品和客用品
Manages all spend for cleaning products and welcome gifts
2.降低能耗
Helps optimise energy costs
3.根据工作安排,合理排班
Organises the team for optimum performance, ensuring that headcount is in line with the workload
4.跟进部门的培训
Follows up the training for staff and administrative tasks (eg. presence sheets, lost property etc)
5.遵循卫生和清洁管理条例,确保工作区域内所有指标符合标准
Ensures a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, that services are duly provided (welcome gifts etc) and the security of the premises at all times
6.确保工作区内的清洁
Ensures that bedrooms and common areas are kept clean and pleasant at all times
7.督导客房内的工程维修
Supervises room maintenance together with the Technical Department
8.与前台保持良好的沟通
Coordinates room allocation with the front office
9.推广符合品牌理念的工作方法
Evolves working methods in line with brand philosophy
10.与酒店各部门保持沟通
Coordinates and communicates with the other hotel departments
11.关注宾客的个人喜好,及VIP的服务
Takes guests' behaviour patterns into consideration, whether the stay is of standard length or long-term, and delivers VIP services
12.处理宾客投诉
Handles guest complaints if they have not been taken care of by employees
岗位要求
Specific Requirements
1.酒店管理或餐饮管理专业文凭
Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or F&B studies and/or significant experience in a similar role
2.关注细节和卫生管理标准
Attention to detail and hygiene standards
3.较好的电脑能力
Computer literate
4.较好的组织能力
Well organized
5.普通话和英语流利,会第三种语言优先
Languages: fluent in the national language and English, a 3rd language would be a plus
