To ensure the professional attitude of all Health Center Staff and provide the best in Guest Service that exceeds Guest expectations. To maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility. Maintain all equipment in proper working and good working condition.

To assist Health Center Manager in the daily operation of the health center and oversee the team in the absence and in charge of the department training.
主要职责 Main Responsibility
Oversee the smooth running of the Health Center on a day to day basis to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
To develop and maintain a motivational working environment within the department and Positive relations with other department.
Attend training sessions/meetings as required.
Conduct daily shift briefings and meetings and disseminate relevant information to the associates.
Prepare monthly 15-minutes training calendar and report.
Follow up monthly department cleaning plan and deep cleaning.
Maintain regular quality control inspections of department’s standards.
Supervise instructors and all other associates helping with any activities or functions arranged via the Health Center.
Plan and ensure supervision of all planned activities and maintain a proper supply of all items need.
Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting or charging fees for Health Center.
Ensure that all activities and job functions are performed in a safe environment using proper safety techniques.
Represent the department at relevant meetings within and outside the Hotel.
To have knowledge of the hotel rooms, hotel services, relative facilities and Food and Beverage department.
Ensure health and safety codes are implemented and oversee the personal hygiene and grooming standards of department associates.
Maintain and strive for high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining and promoting good Customer relations and developing guest focus in the recreation team.
Follow up day-to-day operations for the Health Center.
Be responsible for maintaining open and productive channels of communication within the department and ensuring the smooth flow of information.
Ensure that all SOP are adhered to and all associates are aware of the same.
Oversee and ensure that the personal grooming standards of associates are maintained as Per the associate handbook。
Have a complete knowledge of the Health Center product including gymnasium equipment, sauna, swimming pool, card room, snooker room and membership pricing.
Be responsible for welcoming and making registration of guests, explaining the Health Center facilities and assisting in the usage of the equipment
Have thorough knowledge of hotel fire regulations and policy, accident reports, safety Programs, and what the direct duties are in relation to each. Ensure that all associates are properly trained in these procedures.
Report to work on time with proper uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance must comply with the standard of the hotel.
Follow up health center swimming suits supplier item quantity enough and sells monthly record.
Assist health club manager department daily operation and working plan
Check Monthly department linen and lost and damage report
Prepare Monthly Membership Card sales record and report
Any reasonable and work related tasks that your superior assign to you.

EDUCATION: Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent
Experiences: 3 years Health Center experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience.
SKILLS: Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
QUALITY: Good writing skills.
