岗位职责
1.对打荷厨师的监督指导工作。严格工作规范.
2.每日领取及搬运物料及食品原材料。
3.检查炉灶、设备之正常运作，与进行保养。
4.督导打荷厨师各种开餐前，上菜前之准备工作及菜品的各种配式。
5.下班前进行各种收拾清理工作，关闭所有电源、水、气、油等到开关，确保安全。
6.了解基本烹饪及有关厨艺之技能，按标准食谱制作出品及各种装饰摆设控制成本，避免浪费。

岗位要求
1.接受过专业培训，掌握菜品的上菜程序.及菜品造型。
2.有三年以上厨房工作经验.应会上浆、挂糊、拍粉。
3.对调味品的名称、用途、特征熟知。
4.能掌握煮、炸、焯、涮等基本烹调技法。
5.具备检查食品卫生、控制菜肴数量、质量、合理安排出菜顺序，及时无误出品的业务能力。
