本职位需要频繁出差,要接受说走就走的出差安排,主要负责船员的招聘工作,要求英语流利。
Responsibilities
a. Take part in PRC fleet recruitment drive and act the interviewer’s role
b. Assist the Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition (Guangzhou) to coordinate and prepare relevant reports for fleet recruitment in China.
c. Coordinate recruitment drive and conduct interviews in China for ship based employees.
d. Ensure all crews hired in China meet all requirements as stated in STCW 95, and Flag State.
e. Work closely with HR Fleet/Project team and the manning agents in China to ensure PRC recruitment drives are provided in good order.
f. Liaise with recruitment website vendor for the job advertisements
g.Ensure po sition posted on Company website are up to date
h. Arrange candidate screening, interview and follow up with offer negotiation for positions at non-managerial level for China offices.
i. Provide support for Guangzhou Talent Acquisition team on end-to-end recruitment process for fulfillment of shore based vacancies in China.
j. Assist to accomplish pre-employment requirements, such as medical examination, reference check and employment contract, etc.
k. Work with GZ Talent Acquisition team on the campus recruitment and maintain good relationship with campus
l. Handle the employees’ file setting
m. Facilitate new joiner announcement, office tour and conduct New Employee Orientation. In charge of the Orientation PPT updating and new staff gathering during probation period.
n. Assist to handle enquiries on manpower planning and disciplinary issues
o. Assist to analyze the skills and qualities required for each position and develop job description
p. Assist senior manager to monitor shore staff E-ERFs and compile E-ERF report
q. Conduct exit interview and generate related surveys and analysis reports.
r. Compile HR reports (Weekly recruitment report, Contact Centre headcount, monthly name list etc.)
s. Assist shore based ad hoc project assigned by supervisor
t. Assist Shanghai TPD recruitment when necessary. Including but not limited to recruitment report update, hotel position interview, etc.
u. Assist in SAP PA function when C&B team requires.
v. Coordinate with shore manning agents whenever there is staff movement in China.Qualifications & Experience
a. Degree/diploma in HR or Business Administration
b. At least 3 years' solid Human Resources experience in multinational companies
c. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
d. Well versed in China Labour Law, regulations and practices
e. PC knowledge in Windows and MS office
f. Resourceful with initiative and good communication skills
g. Able to handle pressure, attentive, reliable, out-going and creative
