1. 具有一定的计划、组织、沟通、协调、领导能力；

2. 全面负责饭店各信息系统的运行管理，努力降低平均无故障时间并缩短故障恢复时间；                       
 Overall responsibility for the hotel operation and management of information systems, and efforts to reduce the average time to failure and shorten the fault recovery time;
3. 积极倡导办公自动化和电子商务，提高员工工作效率，降低各项成本；                                               
 Actively advocate for office automation and e-commerce, and improve staff efficiency and reduce the costs;
4. 积极发掘系统潜能，协助各部门优化业务流程；
Actively explore the system potential, and help departments to optimize business processes;
5. 与各业务部门保持积极有效的沟通，理解和满足其业务需求，给予恰当的技术支持；                         
 Maintain positive and effective communication with all departments, understand and meet their business needs, and to give appropriate technical support;
6. 3年以上国际五星级品牌酒店IT工作验。
