1.熟悉并执行酒店所在地人力资源的规章制度；
Familiarizes and enforces local HR policies and procedures;

2.确保所有工作符合公司，地方和酒店的规章制度；符合与员工相关的现行地方和政府规定；
Ensuring compliance with all Corporate, area and hotel policies and procedures; and current local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices;

3.必须精通电脑，并能熟练使用Word 和Excel；
Must be computer literate with advanced skills in Word and Excel;

4.负责处理招聘的管理工作，包括职位申请表格，登记报到，安排面试，推荐到部门，背景调查，接收/录取确认信，确保有效/专业操作整个招聘流程工作的每个环节；
Responsible handling of administrative tasks of recruitment, including employee application forms, registration, interviews, acceptance, letter of understanding, etc. Ensures that recruitment of new staff is conducted effectively and professionally;

5.联络人才市场和酒店专业学校；
Liaison with recruitment agencies and hotel schools;

6.根据求职申请表分门别类建立电子档人才档案库；
Establishes computer database on employee information based on the Application Form;

7.保留和更新所有候选人档案和人才库数据记录；
Maintains and updates candidates files and talent pool;

8.在机密环境中能够显示出机智和交际才能，并且能在富有人情味、同情心和敏锐的商业头脑之间保持平衡；
Ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy inan environment of confidentiality with the right balance of common sense,compassion and business acumen;

9.能够在非常繁忙的工作环境中处理多项任务；
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks invery busy environment;

10.出色的沟通及表达能力。
Has good communication and interpersonal skills.
