职位描述

Ensuring that all procedures are performed to the hotel’s standards.

确保所有的程序都以酒店的标准执行。

Performs the responsibilities of position and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guest/visitors.

协助必要的工作以确保提供给客人最佳的服务。

Transports guest luggage to/from guestrooms.

把客人的行李搬到客房。

Through knowledge of all Hotel Services, Hours of Operation, Guestroom Features and Amenities.

通过了解酒店服务、营业时间、客房功能和设施等方面的知识。

Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through throughout their stay. Key person to provide warm welcome and fond farewell.

在客人到达后，负责及时的满足客人的需要，并在他们的逗留期间完成。重要的是提供热情的欢迎和亲切的告别。
