1. Ensure all receiving records of quantity, prices and extensions for food, beverage, operating supplies and operating equipment are in accordance with purchase orders.

确定收货记录上收进的食品、饮料、经营用品、经营设备的数量、单价和金额与订单上一致。

2. Prepare Daily Food and Beverage Cost Report. Process the inter kitchen and beverage transfers and record to the Daily Food and Beverage Cost Report.

准备每日食品和酒水成本报表，处理厨房间食品和酒水的传送，记录到食品和酒水日报表中。

3. Spot check stocks in storeroom, compares actual with recorded inventory and informs Head Storekeeper and Cost Controller of inventory shortages.

对仓库盘点后,与存货实际记录的数量进行对比,若有存货短缺报告给仓库主管及成本控制经理。

4. Verify signatures and authorization on all requisition slips.

检查领料单上签名及是否在授权范围内。

5. Summarize all requisitions and issues slips of the different departments and sections as to proper accounting classifications i.e. food, beverage, general supplies, engineering supplies, operating equipment, etc.

按照会计上的分类将所有不同部门或区域的领料单汇总,如分食品、饮料、总仓、工程用物品、经营设备等。

6.Account the food cost of officer’s checks based on previous month’s food cost percentage by outlet and department.

在上个月食品成本率基础上按照营业点和部门计算行政用餐的食品成本。

7.Calculate and summarizes potential costs of food and beverage for management use.

计算和汇总潜在的食品酒水成本以满足管理的需要。

8.Prepare reconciliation of food, beverage and storeroom supplies for the month.

每月编制食品、酒水及总仓物品的调节表。

9.To take charge of the month end inventory counts and to produce the month end food and beverage control report.

负责月末存货盘点并制作月末餐饮控制报告。
