岗位职责

Job Description
1.酒店各部门布草洗涤的质量及布草的收发、洗烫、制服房管理工作。

Transceiver, laundry service, uniform room management quality and linen departments of the hotel linen washing.

2.洗涤设备正常运转，管理好水、电、气的日常消耗、保管好易燃易爆及腐蚀性溶剂，严防事故发生。

3.检查当日酒店宾客洗衣情况，确保其洗涤质量。

4.了解各岗点棉织品的使用情况及备用量，以保证棉织品的正常使用与周转。

Understand the usage and reserve of cotton fabric in each post so as to ensure the normal use and turnover of cotton fabric.

5.与人力资源部配合做好员工制服领用、借用、退库、换季、制作等工作。

Cooperate with the human resources department staff uniforms work with collar to borrow, refund, season, making etc.

6.完成客房织品的定期洗涤及缝补。

Complete regular washing and mending of guest fabrics.

7.与相关各部门配合，进行每月一次的棉织品及消耗品盘点。

coordinate with relevant departments to make monthly stocktaking of cotton goods and consumables.

岗位要求

Job Requirements
1.专科以上学历。

College degree or above.

2.3年以上客房工作经验，2年以上洗涤部管理工作经历。

More than 2.3 years work experience in housekeeping, 2 years of laundry management experience.

3.能编写工作计划和报表，有较强的口头表达能力。

Able to write work plan and report, have strong oral expression ability.

4.较强的组织能力，反应灵活，善于处人际关系。

Strong organizational skills, flexible response, good interpersonal skills.

5.工作责任心强，热爱本职工作，能够承受工作压力。

A strong sense of responsibility, love their work, able to work under pressure.

6.丰富的洗衣房运作知识和至少两年国际酒店洗衣房经理的任职经历，良好的领导能力和管理技巧。

Rich knowledge of laundry operations and at least two years' experience in international hotel laundry manager, good leadership and management skills.
