1.Reports on methods to modify installations to minimize waste of material and provide access for future maintenance

2.Monitors, and Coordinates all Repairs and Maintenance associated with property as requested by POMEC Management.

按照工程管理制度，监督和协调所有资产的维修和维护工作。

3.Regularly inspect the entire building with particular attention on defective or deficient life safety features and to observe closely the condition of all operating equipment. Specific attention must be placed on areas of difficult access.

4.Work closely with Engineering Team Supervisor to ensure the correct paperwork and procedures are issued and followed by Service Contractors, Associate, and Technicians etc.
