GENERAL MISSION:

职责描述

TheDirector of Finance and Administration shall organize and direct a team whichallows him or her to supervise all revenue and expenses, as well as hotelinventories. His or her mission shall principally to keep the hotel’s accountsand to ensure the administrative management of the personnel. The financialresponsibilities both internal control as well as external expenditure must beproperly recorded and handled through high integrity and honesty. All financialrelated matter must be kept in accordance to internal and external regulationof the hotel and relevant authority respectively.

作为财务行政总监应通过管理与领导一个团队使其能够对酒店所有收益、费用以及资产进行管理。其职责主要是管理酒店账目并对保证人事方面进行行政管理。财务方面的职责包括内部控制及对外支出的详细记录，并保证处理过程中的高度正直性以及诚实性。所有财务相关事宜都应遵守酒店对内对外制度及当地法律法规。

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:

工作职责

1.Shallsupervise all accounting andregistering of accounts. For this purpose, he or she shall ensure, with theassistance of his or her Finance Manager, The proper keeping of the books forinternal accounting and for the official account sheets to be supplied in duecourse.

对所有账目的清算及登记进行监管。因此，财务行政总监应在财务经理的协助下，对内部财务账本及官方到帐单进行妥善保管，以便在需要时能够提供。

2.Shallbe responsible for establishing hotel budget forecasts (investment budget andoperating budgets) and shall keep a record of monthly budgetary discrepancies.

负责制定酒店预算预测（包括投资预算及运营预算），并记录月度预算差异

3.Shallalso supervise the hotel’s cash situation.

监管酒店现金状况

4.Shallkeep informed of fiscal matters concerning the hotel.

应随时了解酒店相关的财务事项

5.Shallmaintain management charts andadministration forecasts charts, in conjunction with the GeneralManager.

协同总经理对酒店管理体系及经营预测体系进行维护

6.Shallsupervise revenue entries, especially those from the General Cashier’s office.

对所有收益条目进行监管，尤其通过总出纳获得的收益

7.Shall,in direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager, also be responsible for thepayment of invoices.

8.Shallmaintain controls of the costs of the different services, in particular thefood and beverage cost.

9.Shalleffectively liaison with bankers, revenue authorities, commerce department,external auditors.
