Primary Responsibilities主要职责

· To maintain a high guest service focus and excellent rapport by approaching the job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests as detailed in the Brand architecture section the Spirit of The Individuality Program handout.

· Periodic market survey, works on the sale of Fitness Center Membership, make the sale plan and achieve the target.

· Interview, train and evaluate the Fitness Center & Spa team.

· To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested.

· Involve in and work on the maintenance plan of facilities, sign the maintenance contract with the supplied if necessary.

· Watch on the efficiency and profit of Health Club and Spa, find out the problem and report to the Director of Operations to discuss and settle the problems, provide related information to the senior management.

· Encourage and motivate team members to improve their working efficiency and positivity.

· Possess knowledge about all aspect of SPA and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are responded to with complete details.

· To be responsible for the administration of goods, requisition, inventories, and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets.

· Ensures that Brand Standards are met or exceeded at all times, in the spa and fitness center all areas designed for well-being activities.

· Development good relationship with hotel guests and Health Club members, help them select proper gym instructor and work out the exercise plan.

· 参与并制定设备的维护保养计划，必要时和设备供应商签订维保合同。

· 负责健身中心和水疗运营的效率和收益性，发现问题并与营运总监汇报讨论改进和解决问题，并· 为管理层提供有关信息。

· 鼓励并激发人才，促使人才提高工作效率和积极性。

· 掌握水疗和设施各方面的知识信息，以确保为客人提供精准信息，及完整详细地回应客人询问。

· 负责物品的管理领用，存货及盘点，有效节约所有的部门相关物资及资产的使用。

· 确保任何时候在水疗中心、健身中心所有区域内人才自身行为需符合酒店品牌标准或做得更好

· 发展与酒店客人、会员的良好的关系，为会员选择健身课教练并制定课程计划。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

· Certified in first-aid training courses and swimming life-saving certificate

· Proficient in various office software and developed training materials

· Proficient in Mandarin (verbal and written) with fluent English communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of all spa treatments, services fitness services and retail products available in the Spa & Fitness Department.

· Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, then brand and the Company.

· At least 5 years working experience in international five-star hotel including 2 years working experience as a fitness center or SPA manager experience.

·通过急救培训课程认证及专业游泳救生证。

·熟练掌握各种办公软件，独立开发培训资料。

·普通话说写能力熟练，流利的英文交流能力。

·掌握丰富的水疗服务、健身知识及水疗产品信息。

·具有能代表酒店，与客人，人才及第三方之间沟通的能力。

·至少五年以上国际五星级酒店工作经验，包括2年健身及水疗中心经理工作经验。
