Job Responsibilities

岗位职责

To moniter assets ordering, purchasing,receiving,storing and distributing transactions.

监控资产定购、采购、收货、储存和分发事务。

Responsible for registering the assets ledger and managing the fixed assets with fixed assets management system.

负责登记资产台账，使用固定资产管理系统管理固定资产。

Responsible for fixed assets labelling, regular inspection and taking inventory.

负责固定资产贴标、定期检查和盘点。

To track assets transfer and recording.

跟踪资产调拨并记录。

Responsible for the hotel low value asset list registration and taking inventory.

负责酒店低值易耗品的台账登记及盘点。

To assist cost department for taking inventory of OE and other stock.

配合成本部进行OE和存货的盘点。

Deal with the related owner expenses after GOP, Including depreciation, amortization and so on.

处理酒店营业利润以下相关费用的核算，包括资产折旧和摊销等。

To ensure the income tax, land tax related with owner can be calculated and declared timely.

对企业所得税、房产税等业主相关税种及时计算及申报。

To ensure in a good communication with the owner.

与业主公司保持良好的沟通。

Qualifications 资格要求

Bachelor degree of Finance with Junior accountant title.

大学本科学历，有初级会计职称。

3 years related working experience.

3年相关工作经验。

Familiar with enterprise income tax.

熟悉企业所得税。

Familiar with assets management.

熟悉固定资产管理。

Familiar with domestic financial statements.

熟悉国内财务报表。

Priority to Accounting firm experience.

会计公司工作经验优先。
