Job Responsibilities

Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the Director of Rooms to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.

向房务总监提供专业咨询和相关帮助，以及协助完成其战略目标。

Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。

Implement and maintain training systems to ensure that colleagues have the necessary framework and skills to perform their job efficiently and effectively.

实现和维持培训体系，确保同事有必要的培训框架和技能以让其工作更高效。

Attend promptly to all guest complaints and requests. Complete and update annually Standards and Procedures for the Housekeeping Department. Ensure all of them are in line with the brand standard and quality assurance standard.

对所有客人投诉和要求及时作出回应，完成并且更新客房部标准程序制度，确保所有的工作都符合品牌的标准和质量保证要求。

Adhere to hotel brand standards.

坚持酒店品牌标准。

Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell service and facilities to guests.

保持产品服务高标准，以便向客人解释并销售服务及设施。

Qualifications

资格要求

Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent

具有酒店行政管理，酒店管理或相关的大专学历或专业证书。

5 years experience in Housekeeping Management or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

拥有5年客房管理经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
