Job Respomsibility/Description岗位职责/职位描述

1.At all times, promote a positive image of Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Centerand the hotel in all forms of contact.

在随时随地对客发生的联系中提高罗浮宫国际家具博览中心和酒店的正面形象。

2.Promote and sell furniture and related products, promote the hotel, guest room, meeting/banquet and F&B outlets, SPA and Fitness Center, promotionpackages etc.

推荐和销售家具及其相关产品，酒店、客房、会议、宴会、餐厅、水疗和健身中心、推广套餐等。

3.Able to conduct hotel tour in a professional manner, welcome all guests at the hotel/department upon arrival and provide detailed information as and when required.

能够独立、专业的进行参观酒店，接待部门或酒店的客人。

4.Keep clients advised of latest information regarding hotel’s development.

记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和最新的信息。

5.Develop and foster a good working rapport with all guests, clients, department colleagues, other departments and members of the public.

6.Maintain existing business and develop new accounts, maintain good business relationship with all producers

7.Promotes the hotel as often as possible through site inspections, presentations etc. of the hotel.

8.Complete weekly entertainment and weekly activities plan.

9.Develop & foster close and positive rapport with the public, guests, clients and members of the trade.

10.Keep well informed about the product (furniture, guest room, catering and other facilities),maintains contacts with Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Centerand all other departments in the hotel.

Qualifications 资格要求

1.Familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer, typewriter, personal computer (operating the required programs), facsimile and office telephone switchboard system and all necessary computer software programs.

必备电脑软件的操作使用。
