PURPOSE OF POSITION职位目的
This position is to manage all aspects of E&A Department. To organize, supervise and manage the services delivered by each section of E&A Department, and the setting and execution of the relevant policies & procedures.. To ensure that all staff are suitably prepared to offer the very best standards of service to the guests. And to ensure that the facility is in the best possible state of repair and cleanliness. To design, implement, monitor and maintain service initiatives and administrative system.
该职位主要负责管理娱乐部门的所有方面，包括组织、监督、协调娱乐与活动部各分部的服务，以及相关政策和程序的制定与执行。保证部门的各项工作协调、畅通。确保所有的员工都能随时提供高标准的服务给客人。确保设备的维修和清洁的最佳状态。设计，实施，监控和维护服务计划和管理系统。

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要的职能&责任
1.Oversee the operation of the entire department to maintain high standards
监督整个娱乐与活动部的运营，保持高标准
2.Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
评估客人的满意度和监测趋势，重点放在不断改进
3.Setting departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures
设置部门目标、 工作计划、 预算、 政策和程序
4.Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork
检查前厅部团队成员的仪容仪表，工作标准和表现，并着重强调培训和团队合作
5.Ensure staff have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area, and are continuously trained to learn and understand polices and practices
确保员工掌握最新的酒店产品知识、 服务、 定价和政策，以及对本地区域的了解，并且不断培训学习和了解政策和做法
6.Maintain good communication and working relationships with all hotel departments
和所有酒店部门保持良好工作关系及沟通
7.Monitor staffing levels to meet cover business demands
关注人员配置水平满足业务需求
8.Conduct monthly communication meetings
组织部门月度沟通会
9.Handle staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
确保员工表现符合公司政策及程序
10.Deal with recruiting, managing, training and developing the team
进行招聘、 管理、 培训以发展团队
11.To plan and implement effective training sessions in conjunction with the Departmental Trainers and   Departmental Trainer Leader. 
组织和实施部门培训计划以及培训者的培训。
12.To monitor the performance of Water sports/diving operators and to ensure that they adhere to Hotel service standards.
监管水上运动成员确保其始终按照酒店标准与规章运营。
13.To ensure all staff adhere to Hotel policies and procedures.
确保所有员工坚守酒店制度与章程。
14.To ensure that all staff fully understand the Typhoon and Emergency Procedures.
确保所有员工熟悉台风与其他紧急情况的处理办法。
15.To deal with all guest / member comments. 
处理所有客人及员工事宜。
16.To implement and review effectively the Policies and Procedures of the department.
有效贯彻实施娱乐与活动部政策。
17.Make sure proper and accurate actions are taken and followed up on.To assist in the training of staff making sure that they have the skills to perform their duties in the most productive way.
确保工作高效，协助培训员工确保其技能的的高效施展。

Good English skill.

Good knowledge and very familiar with the operation of E&A Department
掌握娱乐与活动部工作知识并且十分熟悉部门日常运行
Good knowledge of front office computer system
熟练运用前台电脑系统，掌握各项功能
Good knowledge of finance and credit policy
良好的财务知识，熟悉相关信用政策
Good supervisory skill, with emphasis on “ people management”
良好的管理技能, 强调“人性化管理”
Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
Be good at organize and problem solving
良好的组织以及解决问题的能力
Extensive knowledge of recreation activities, team-building and training techniques

QUALIFICATIONS学历要求
University degree in P.E. or Hospitality related subjects preferred
具有体育或酒店相关专业大学学历者优先考虑

EXPERIENCE经验要求
Min. 3 Years experience in a supervisory role in a Recreation Center or Health Club preferably in a Hotel environment.
